Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Accountant to join our remote team. As an Accountant at USALogoAgency, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial planning that supports our business goals and exceeds our clients’ expectations.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute all accounting functions necessary to report on the financial position of select ultra-high net-worth clients.
- Oversee bill pay functions
- Liaise and develop strong working relationships with internal service team members.
- Prepare cashflow planning for high net-worth clients including budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and analyses.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and execute projects as required.
- Maintain client household payroll.
- Oversee junior staff to ensure accuracy of books and records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or relevant Master’s
- CPA designation is preferred
- 4+ years of related experience
- Expert in QuickBooks accounting software
- Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy, excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
