Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our remote team. As a Payroll Specialist at USALogoAgency, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain compliance with payroll regulations, manage payroll records, and provide exceptional support to our staff, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded

Responsibilities
- Ensures accurate and timely accounting, recordkeeping and management of payroll related data: performs audits and reconciliations of payroll information
- Respond to management team and employee inquiries regarding payroll
- Understanding proper taxation of healthcare benefits and fringe benefits
- Review Tax inquiries with ADP Tax
- Work with Finance on month, quarter, and year end closing
- Assist with Year End Processing
- Build working relationship with all payroll partners
- Assumes various Team Projects and additional duties as required
Requirements
- Proficiency with ADP software
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent customer service skills
